Before we begin
Are these fixed prices?
They are starting prices for specific scopes, not an open-ended promise. Your written quote fixes the agreed work. New features or changed requirements are priced separately before proceeding.
What costs are separate?
Applicable tax, domains, hosting, paid platforms, plugins, stock assets, transaction fees and physical materials are separate unless your quote expressly includes them. Ongoing services are optional and separately agreed.
Can you work on something that already exists?
Yes, subject to an initial review. Existing websites and software may need an assessment before a responsible fixed-price quote is possible. Share the current setup and the problem you want to solve.
Do I need to be in Vancouver?
Digital projects can be handled remotely. For woodworking, pickup, delivery or shipping arrangements and their costs are confirmed with the quote.
