These notes explain service enquiries and advertised starting prices. Each commissioned project is governed by its agreed written proposal. Skipper D purchases have separate product terms.
Quotes and scope
Published prices are starting estimates in Canadian dollars, before applicable tax, for the scopes described. Sending an enquiry does not create an order. We confirm deliverables, exclusions, revision rounds, milestones, timing and payment terms in writing before work starts.
Changes and outside costs
Additional pages, features, integrations, revisions or changed requirements may change the quote. Extra work requires agreement before proceeding. Domains, hosting, platform subscriptions, third-party licences, payment-processing fees, materials and delivery are separate unless expressly included.
Access, ownership and handover
Your proposal identifies source and design-file handover, licences, account ownership and support responsibilities. Third-party components retain their own licences. Do not share passwords or private keys through public forms or ordinary project briefs; access arrangements are agreed separately.
Timing, acceptance and cancellations
Schedules depend on agreed scope, availability and timely client information. Review deadlines, acceptance criteria, deposits, cancellation charges and any refund terms are specified in the proposal before commitment. These notes do not exclude rights that apply by law.
