Project enquiries

Contact and help forms send your name, reply address, topic and message to our private store after submission. An email notification is sent to [email protected]; if delivery fails, the saved message remains available for review. No email app is required.

We use enquiries to discuss your project, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and keep necessary business records. Do not send credentials, card numbers or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Website and service providers

This company site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting and email providers may process access logs, network addresses and messages to operate and protect their services. Providers may process information outside Canada.

Links to external sites are governed by those sites’ own policies. Google sign-in is used for the free, site-wide Polywinkle account; Stripe is used only for checkout and billing.

Form verification

Our custom verification check uses a short-lived, single-use question bound to your session and form. It does not contact an external CAPTCHA service. Essential cookies, rate limits and a hidden spam field help protect submissions. Verification records expire after five minutes and rate-limit records are cleared after their protection window.

Retention and requests

Project correspondence is retained as needed for the enquiry, work, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion through the private help form. Records required for contractual or legal obligations may need to be retained.
