Planning and shop labour are estimated at C$65/hour, with a minimum project labour charge of C$225. Hardwood, hardware, finishing materials, tax and any delivery or shipping are additional.
The final quote covers the agreed design and build. Wood species, joinery, dimensions, finish and the number of pieces all affect the total.

We confirm dimensions, materials and finish in writing. Natural variations in grain and colour are part of hardwood; a reference image is a direction, not a promise of identical grain.
This service is for small projects. Structural building work, stairs, large fitted kitchens and safety-critical or certified products are outside the advertised scope. Installation, mounting hardware suitability and transport are confirmed separately where applicable.
