What's Included

  • Receipts, expenses, and approvals
  • Automatic document processing
  • Invoicing and double-entry bookkeeping
  • Financial reports and bank reconciliation
  • Shareholder records and finances
  • Tax balances and remittance records
  • Company documents and team permissions

A Receipt Shouldn't Become an Evening's Work.

Drop in a receipt or a whole batch. Vendor details, dates, totals, taxes, and line items are read into the form for review.

The app suggests expense categories and asset classifications automatically, including the GIFI codes and CRA capital cost allowance classes used in tax preparation. An authorized reviewer can correct the suggestions before approval.

  • Classify the whole receipt or individual items
  • Keep capital purchases connected to their source receipts
  • Control who can change classifications and approve spending

Keep the Work and the Money Connected.

Create and send invoices, record payments, and see which clients still owe you. Keep supplier bills and their due dates just as close.

When it's time to reconcile, import your bank statement by CSV and match transactions to the books. Follow an amount from the statement back to its record.

  • Client and supplier contact records
  • Recurring invoice and expense schedules
  • Receivables, payables, and overdue balances

Your Money Isn't Always the Company's Money.

Small business owners often pay for things themselves. Keep those transactions straight without treating every transfer as income or an expense.

You Paid for a Business Purchase

Mark the receipt as shareholder-funded. Its posting records the purchase and what the company owes you, without creating a payment in the company bank account.

The Company Lent You Money

Record the loan and repayments separately from salary or dividends. Keep the balance and supporting details available for review.

You're Recording a Dividend

Keep the declaration, payment, shareholder, and resolution reference together. Maintain share classes and shareholdings alongside these records.

Understand Your Business Health in Real Time.

Before you buy equipment, expand production, or take money out of the company, evaluate your business health with a live view of income, spending, cash flow, assets, and liabilities. Make informed decisions with the numbers in front of you.

Posted transactions update the ledger and financial reports. Saved expenses stay visible while they await approval, so pending spending doesn't disappear from view. Your overview reflects the activity recorded in your books.

Choose your own dashboard charts, then open the balance sheet, income statement, or general ledger when you need the detail. Bank reconciliation helps you check those records against what actually moved.

Tax Season Starts With What You Record Today.

Keep GST/HST collected, recorded input tax credits, and completed remittances connected to your books. Track due dates and retain the confirmations that show what was paid.

Capital purchases have their own register, with costs, source receipts, and CRA class details. Review what the business owns and owes throughout the year, not just when someone asks for the year-end paperwork.

  • GST/HST balances and remittance records
  • Asset classifications and purchase history
  • Recorded deadlines and upcoming obligations
  • Ledger and financial report exports

Available today: tax records, reports, and preparation tools. Corporate return filing is planned for Q1 2027.

The Company Records, Not Just the Numbers.

Articles of incorporation. Director resolutions. Last year's tax records. Keep the documents you need in a searchable library instead of scattered across folders and inboxes.

Maintain company registrations, addresses, members, and shareholder details in the same application. Invite your team with permissions suited to their responsibilities, and see who changed what in the activity history.

Planned Features

From Keeping the Books to Taking Care of Tax.

We're building toward a corporation that stays ready for tax season every day. Less chasing documents and deadlines. More time to act on what the numbers are telling you.

Planned for Q1 2027

File Your Corporate Tax Return

Prepare, review, and submit your corporate income tax return from the same place you manage the books. The records you build throughout the year become the starting point for filing, not another round of data entry.

Tax Preparation That Keeps Running

Planned continuous draft preparation will update as income, expenses, and asset records change. Review the tax position during the year, while there's still time to make decisions.

Know What to Set Aside

Running year-end tax estimates and a combined view of GST, PST, and HST balances are planned to help you budget for what may be due. Estimates will remain distinct from finalized returns and assessed amounts.

Deadlines That Don't Get Lost

Expanded corporate, filing, and remittance reminders are planned alongside GST/HST filing. Keep upcoming obligations in view instead of relying on a calendar someone has to remember to update.

Remittances on Schedule

Planned automatic tax remittances will let you authorize payments and keep their confirmations with the books. Payment automation will require your authorization, not just a calculated balance.

A Library That Files Itself

The planned Automatic Librarian will organize corporate documents, financial records, receipts, and invoices as they arrive, and connect them to the records they support.

These are upcoming capabilities, not features available today. Corporate income tax filing is targeted for January–March 2027; release dates for the other planned features have not yet been announced.
