Capri Subscription Terms
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before payment.
Corporation Subscriptions
Capri costs C$49.95 per corporation per month or C$499.50 per year (two months free; save 16.7%), including document processing. Subscribe from your Polywinkle account, then set up your first corporation inside Capri. Additional corporation subscriptions are added inside Capri at C$49.95 per month or C$499.50 per year each. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. Cancel from Subscriptions & Add-Ons in Capri or Subscriptions in your Polywinkle account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not delete corporation records or issue an automatic refund.
Document Processing
Document processing is included in your subscription. There are no separate processing packages, subscriptions, or per-document charges. An active corporation subscription and Receipt Integration permission are required to use the integration. Closing a browser request cannot recall a document already sent for processing.
Payment and Records
Purchases activate after payment is verified, not merely after returning from checkout. Sufficient Account Balance is required to activate or renew a subscription. No payment is taken if the balance is insufficient. Card funding is currently unavailable. Review extracted data and suggested classifications before approving receipts. Keep original records when required.
