What You’ll Need

Windows on the computer running Embers; a reachable remote host with RDP enabled and permitted by its Windows edition and organisation policy; and credentials authorised to connect.

Your First Session

Add a client profile with a memorable name, host address, port, and your remote account details. Make sure the target allows Remote Desktop connections and is reachable on your network. Adjust display and resource sharing, then connect. Configure wake or remote shutdown separately if your target supports them.

Development Builds

This product is unfinished. Use a test setup, keep backups, and expect changes between builds. A visible control is not a guarantee of compatibility with every host or service.
